We can take up the project and execute under class approval. When we do redesigning / retrofitting of control system, we are maintaining existing controls logic, operation sequence, field devices and its cabling, mechanical parts of the original system and hence system performance will remain unchanged. We are installing a new Programmable Fieldbus Controller belonging to the robust WAGO 750 series controller/750 XTR Controller System, which has most of the marine class approvals. All upgrades are tailored to customer requirements and compatible to existing actuator, feed back unit, cable, maneuvering lever and other discrete filed devices but with new electronic modules, touch screens and very user friendly mimic diagram, software all required parameters displayed in a single monitor, while being cost effective , lower lead time conversion time.

The system is able to switch automatically between

normal and back-up control (both are follow-up

control systems) in order to provide redundancy. This

can also be performed manually. In addition,

analogue indicators are fed through a separate

independent loop driven from the back-up element

of the control system. This provides a independent

redundant indication system. Indicators with

illuminated scale (96x96mm) are available for the

bridge desk or in overhead consoles

Access control system AI HELICON THRUSCON PPC X00

Marine propulsion System supports Password Protection with authorization levels from monitoring only, operational

access to full system maintenance and configuration. The built-in Command Control mechanism enables transfer of

operational responsibility between different locations in accordance with classification requirements.

Self-diagnostics

The built-in self-diagnostics facility continuously monitors all system components and communication structures within the AI HELICON THRUSCON PPC 300 system. In case a failure is detected, an alarm is generated and corrective actions, such as fail-safe mechanisms, are automatically activated.
